Meet Dr Efosa Airuehia
Dr. Airuehia is fondly referred to by his patients and colleagues as Dr. Air. He is a passionate, empathic physician who believes in a holistic evidence-based approach to treatment. Dr. Airuehia is quadruple board certified in General Psychiatry, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. Dr. Airuehia’s extensive training and work experience place him in a good stead to render individualized professional expertise in the management of children, adolescents and adults with various mental health disorders and addictions, using evidence based practices.

Reflections is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides meaningful treatment to adolescents in middle and high school (ages 10-18) and adults (ages 18-65) suffering with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our location at The Colony is the first Behavioral Health Lifestyle Medicine adolescent treatment facility in North Texas.
